All women want to be fit and look slimmer and toned. but very less want to lift weights. reason being lack of awareness or excessive wrong knowledge overload. As if weights are their enemy and once you lift it you”ll start growing your muscles like a man.
O God !
My suggestion to all the beautiful ladies out there is to get inside completely in the information and know the facts before any judgment based on the opinions and misunderstanding.
We need to be educated on how weights can transform our beautiful bodies into more healthier, slimmer, toned with more strength to do your all day work smoothly and energetically.
you don’t have to fight with weights rather you have to start loving them. The result is great looks what you have always wanted where you can fit in your clothes without showing any unwanted fat bulges & love handles in the party, where you have always wanted to listen to the praising words “ oh ! what do you do to keep yourself maintained ?”
Get rid of that pulpy triceps and back using weights, where you just have to understand the whole concept of training with the right knowledge, the rest, the reps, the combinations, the volume & the intensity. This is very simple and easy to understand.
Although it is true that you will never look like a man or build muscle like them or start increasing weight due to weight training because of few scientific reasons, which is only possible with usage of medicines, anabolics and dietary changes, those are the women who are intended to compete in bodybuilding competitions. so don’t be worried. lift weights and lift them heavy. you”ll be more toned and your muscles will say thank you, if you are especially ageing because weights will maintain strength in your muscles and help them reduce atrophy, saving your tendon and ligaments, else you know they stop supporting our bones and then our joints start screaming & we don’t know what to do…
i am just giving a hint in this blog that weights are good. You can make your own body a fat burning machine with weights but you have to be patient to see the results, you have to construct it. its just like constructing a building, You don't check the strength of the wall by hitting it on the same day you build i, you have to wait to test your limits.
